The parking structure attached to the building by the skywalk is a great convenience.  Park inside, out of the weather, then take the skywalk straight into the Frances Building without ever stepping outside.

Pictured in middle is the skywalk entrance to the Frances Building.

The picture on the right shows the Frances Building from the west.  The parking structure can be seen on the far side of the building.
