Pricing is based on the square feet per year basis (see example below). Our square foot price can vary based on many factors such as; length of lease, location, condition, amenities, remodeling or special needs.
Other Costs:
The maintenance, cleaning, utilities, security, and the use of a shared conference room are all included for general office use businesses.
Example Pricing:
To figure your monthly rent for our building, example only: 1,000 square feet of space quoted at $10/SF = yearly rental rate of $10,000 divide by 12 months = a monthly rent of $833.33.
